We require photographic or video evidence of the issue, including packaging, serial number, and affected parts. Upon verification, we will offer you the choice of a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund.
2. Returns & ExchangesDue to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products. If the product remains sealed and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt. All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
