What materials are Aidollmate's dolls made of?
Our dolls are mainly made of high-quality TPE or medical-grade silicone materials, which are soft, skin-friendly, and have passed strict safety tests.
Can the appearance of the doll be customized?
Yes. We provide customization services, including hair color, eye color, height, skin color, nails, hair transplants and many other options.
Is the doll easy to clean and maintain?
Very easy. Use warm water and neutral antibacterial soap to clean the surface, and we also provide care guides to help you keep the product in the best condition.
Is the product quality guaranteed?
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for all major components. If there is a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you can apply for repair or replacement.

What payment methods are supported?
We support Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay
Can I change the order information after payment?
If the product has not yet been produced, we can help modify the order. If it enters the production or delivery process, it cannot be changed.
Can I use installment payment?
Sorry, we do not accept installments for the time being.
Is my payment safe?
Yes, we use SSL encryption technology to ensure that all transaction processes are secure and meet international payment security standards.
What if the payment fails?
Please check the card validity, balance or contact the bank. If you still have problems, you can contact customer service to help complete the payment process.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to ship?
Standard products take 3–7 working days to ship, and customized products may take 7–15 days.
Which countries can be shipped to?
We can ship to most countries and regions in the world. If we cannot deliver, we will notify you before placing an order.
Will product information be exposed during transportation?
No. We use fully enclosed neutral packaging without brand logos or adult products.
How can I check my logistics status?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track the status of the package online at any time.
What if the logistics is delayed?
Please contact customer support, we will contact the logistics provider as soon as possible and assist in following up the progress or rescheduling the shipment.
